Using PairedBest
By using this website, you agree to these terms. PairedBest is intended for adults of legal drinking age. Please enjoy wine responsibly and follow the laws that apply where you live. You may stop using the site at any time.
Current access
PairedBest currently makes its published pairing content available without a paid subscription. A free account may be required for features such as rating pairings, managing email preferences, and viewing your Dashboard. If paid services are introduced, their prices and additional terms will be shown before any purchase.
Content and opinions
Our wine and food content reflects personal tastes and experiences. It is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes, not as medical, nutritional, legal, or professional advice. Results vary by bottle, vintage, preparation, storage, and palate. Use appropriate care with allergens, food safety, cooking temperatures, and alcohol.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing material. You retain ownership of comments you submit and give PairedBest permission to store and process them to operate the rating and feedback features. We will not publicly identify you or publish your written rating comments without permission.
Ownership and third-party services
PairedBest's original text, branding, images, videos, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes but may not reproduce or distribute our material without permission. Third-party links and embedded services are governed by their providers' terms.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security or misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, PairedBest is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
