When the professional chef competition begins, additional benefits of the site will be made available to subscribers. This will include behind-the-scenes footage of pairing events. It will also include a section we call The Next Bottle, where the chefs, judges, hosts, Matt, and Tom will have an open discussion of the event and wine and food pairings in general.
